Here's a little bit about myself, if you're interested...

A North Carolina native, I was born and raised in the piedmont, went to college near the coast, lived in the Blue Ridge Mountains for a few years, and now I'm finally settled on the lake in the foothills.  I live with my husband and our 3 furry kids, Duke, Gracie, and Junebug (all pictured below).  We are expecting our first baby in the Fall of 2012...a new baby boy!  This native has no desire to become restless, as I plan on growing old among the pines and dogwoods of good ol' NC.

I started sewing as a youngster.  My first sewing class was in middle school and then another in high school.  I took my college years off to do college things, but picked it right back up in my mid-twenties and I haven't stopped since.
